PURCHASE
Compared to conventional buildings, substantial time
and money can be saved when buying a Storex temporary structure.
This option typically suits customers looking for a longer
term solution (12 months or longer). Not requiring solid foundations
and the short installation times decreases your overall project
costs dramatically when compared with conventional, permanent
buildings. If the structure is temporarily not required, it
can be easily stored for use in the future or relocated to
another site.
Storex structures, whether either purchased or leased, are
customized to precisely suit clients’ needs, including
specific access doors, power supply, climate control and mobile
toilet facilities.
LEASE
If you only need the temporary structure for a limited period
of time, take advantage of the Storex leasing option. This
option is available from 100m² upwards and for any length
of time and at the end of the agreed term Storex will arrive
on site to dismantle the structure and clear the site. It
is important to note that by hiring the Storex temporary structure,
the total hire cost is classified as a business expense, therefore
reducing your taxability for the period of the hire term.
