UNIQUE DESIGN

Sturdy steel and aluminium clear span frames provide rugged stability in the most severe conditions (wind loaded to 25kg or 75kg/m²) and adhere to stringent international safety standards (German TUV standards). All structures, once completed are certified by our civil engineer with a certificate of stability. These structures are erected or dismantled quickly, and can be extended or reduced with ease.

The framework’s main components:

	The frame is made with galvanized steel and high grade anodized aluminium (in accordance with German industrial norms, DIN 4112) for strength, durability, and flexibility. The various frame components are bolted together to form a clear span structure skeleton.
	The vertical walls are single ply alu and polistarim insulating bond. This design is light weight, but still provides strength and a substantial level of security.
	The roof and gables (available in translucent or block-out) are single ply heavy duty, pvc coated, flame retardant material (according to DIN 4102 B1, M2 material) and are both light weight and durable. Alternatively, standard RAL 9002 (grey-white) galvanized corrugated steel or 40mm insulated steel sheet walling can be supplied. All Storex structures are fitted with alloy ‘U’ profiles for the uprights, which accept the 40mm thick insulated panels or corrugated sheet-walling system.
	Structures are available in heights of 2.7, 3 or 4.5 metre eaves (sides) and in clear span widths of 9, 12, 15, 20 and 25 metres.

Storex structures do not require solid foundations and can be installed on most types of ground surfaces, including hard core concrete and asphalt. Due to their modular design system, these structures can be easily increased or decreased in length as and when Required. Similarly structures can be quickly dismantled or relocated to another location.

UNIQUE USAGE

Add on-site storage, production space or extend an existing building with ease. Due to superior engineering, the structure can be placed within inches of a pre-existing building.
